Sweet Pan-Fried Mochi

My daughter and I have discovered mochi.  So good.  Today we pan fried a couple squares each, drizzled them in agave syrup and sprinkled them with cinnamon.
Sweet Tooth Satisfied!

I need to try the fried version. I baked some mochi one night. It was very crunchy, and I poured a little brown rice syrup over it. It was really yummy, but I bet this version rocks!
