OK, I'm a little concerned. I didn't eat much oatmeal, about 1/2 cup, but I'm already feeling a little hungry. I haven't read anywhere that this should feel like deprivation, so I'm going to eat a little something. I'm also going to drink lots of water to see if that is it. I didn't have any coffee this morning either, so who knows. Usually I eat more protein in the morning, so it just make take sometime to adjust.
